Booking Terms & Conditions
Thank you for booking with Bennett St Dairy Wine Bar.
Table Hold: We will hold your table for 10 minutes after your booking time. If you are running late or your plans change, please email us at info@bennettstdairy.com
Booking Duration: Tables are allocated for approximately 1.5 hours, allowing us to accommodate all guests throughout the evening
Group Bookings: Bookings of 8 guests or more are required to dine on our $70 per person set menu, with all beverages charged separately. A $100 booking deposit is required to secure your reservation. Your booking will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.
For groups larger than 8 guests, please contact us directly at info@bennettstdairy.com before booking. As we are a small venue, it can be difficult for us to accommodate larger groups at a single table. Depending on the group size and availability, guests may need to be seated across separate tables, or you may wish to discuss the option of exclusive venue hire.
Group Size: If your guest numbers change, please let us know as soon as possible so we can prepare your table accordingly. For group bookings of 8 or more, the set menu requirement will apply.
Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all booking cancellations or changes. For group bookings requiring a deposit, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time will result in the $100 deposit being forfeited. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Seating Requests: We'll always do our best to accommodate seating preferences; however, specific tables cannot be guaranteed.
Responsible Service of Alcohol: We proudly comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements. Valid photo identification may be requested, and we reserve the right to refuse service in accordance with NSW liquor laws.
Children: Children are welcome but must remain supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Food & Beverage: As a licensed venue, no outside food or beverages may be brought onto the premises unless arranged with management beforehand.
