Booking Terms & Conditions
Thank you for booking with Bennett St Dairy Wine Bar.
• Table Hold: We will hold your table for 10 minutes after your booking time. If you are running late or your plans change, please email us at info@bennettstdairy.com.
• Booking Duration: Tables are allocated for approximately 1.5 hours, allowing us to accommodate all guests throughout the evening.
• Group Size: If your guest numbers change, please let us know as soon as possible so we can prepare your table accordingly.
• Cancellations: If your plans change, we kindly ask that you cancel your booking as early as possible so we can offer the table to other guests.
• No-Shows: Repeated no-shows may result in future bookings requiring a credit card to secure the reservation.
• Seating Requests: We'll always do our best to accommodate seating preferences; however, specific tables cannot be guaranteed.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol: We proudly comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements. Valid photo identification may be requested, and we reserve the right to refuse service in accordance with NSW liquor laws.
• Children: Children are welcome but must remain supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
• Food & Beverage: As a licensed venue, no outside food or beverages may be brought onto the premises unless arranged with management beforehand.
